Welcome to Tennessee VIP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website tennvip.com and our luxury black car, chauffeur, and executive transportation services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing our website or booking a ride with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Our Service

Tennessee VIP provides premium chauffeur-driven black car transportation in Tennessee. All rides are subject to availability, vehicle type, and confirmation by our team. Reservations are not final until we send you a written confirmation.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • You must provide accurate information when making a reservation.
  • All bookings require a valid credit card. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
  • Rates are quoted at the time of booking and include the base fare, applicable taxes, and fees. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, stops, tolls, fuel surcharges, or special requests.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any booking if we suspect fraudulent activity or inaccurate information.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are generally eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the fare.
  • For hourly or extended bookings, different cancellation rules may apply and will be stated at the time of booking.

4. Conduct and Safety

Passengers must:

  • Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect.
  • Comply with all traffic and safety laws (including wearing seatbelts).
  • Not smoke, use illegal substances, or engage in disruptive behavior.
  • Not exceed the vehicle’s licensed passenger capacity.

We reserve the right to refuse or end service without refund if a passenger’s behavior poses a safety risk, violates these terms, or damages the vehicle. In such cases, you may be charged for cleaning or repair costs.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We strive for on-time performance but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We do not guarantee any specific vehicle model or color, only the service class booked (e.g., luxury sedan or SUV).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tennessee VIP, its owners, drivers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the updated effective date on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [your county, e.g., Blount or Knox County], Tennessee.
